Content strategy

Content strategy is unique to every business. For the Y, this meant leaning into its community-focused 114-year history. At the same time, Luke's content focused on providing valuable, science-based information, and New World Agency was about recapping the work of its athletes after a specific clinic.

Crisis communications

Amidst closures and reopenings, the Y always ensured its members and stakeholders knew what programs and services were available during COVID-19, including when Provincial regulations were changed, and the post shown is an example of that.

Live video

During COVID-19, the Y brought in-person health and wellness services to social media, so community members could remain connected and active, like this virtual fitness class.
